1. Membership Agreement

By purchasing a membership or accessing Creative Factory Club (“CFC”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Membership is non-transferable and subject to revocation if terms are violated.

2. Membership Tiers & Benefits

Access to amenities, services, and events is determined by your membership tier:
    •    Virtual Membership: Access to business address, mail handling, digital resources, and online events.
    •    Standard Membership: Includes workspace access during business hours, community events, and workshops.
    •    Premium Membership: Includes extended access hours, private meeting room use, and advanced business support.

Details of included benefits are provided upon onboarding and may be updated with notice.

3. Workspace Use
    •    Members must respect shared spaces and maintain a professional, inclusive environment.
    •    Desks and rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved.
    •    No overnight stays or subletting of workspace.
    •    Please clean your area before leaving and respect noise-level expectations.

4. Events & Programming

CFC offers business workshops, networking mixers, and branding consultations. RSVP may be required for limited-space events. Some events may be exclusive to specific membership tiers.

5. Wellness Café, Dining, and Lounge Access

Members may receive discounts and exclusive access to The House of Elites wellness café, dining, and lounge. Discounts are only valid during the active membership term and may vary by tier.

6. Business Support Services

Marketing, branding, and business strategy services are provided in partnership with Poise NYC and are subject to availability and booking. These services are member perks and do not constitute a guaranteed deliverable.

7. Payments & Renewals
    •    Membership fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
    •    Late payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.
    •    Cancelation must be submitted in writing 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.

8. Conduct Policy

CFC is a collaborative space. Members agree to:
    •    Treat all staff and members with respect
    •    Not engage in discrimination, harassment, or illegal activity
    •    Use the space for lawful, ethical business purposes

Violation may result in membership termination without refund.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Creative Factory Club and Poise NYC are not responsible for:
    •    Loss, theft, or damage to personal or business property
    •    Business interruptions or missed opportunities due to space unavailability
    •    Injuries caused by misuse of facilities

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

CFC respects your privacy. Member information is not shared without consent, except where required by law. Confidential information shared among members must be treated respectfully and not misused.

11. Changes to Terms

CFC reserves the right to amend these Terms with reasonable notice. Members will be notified via email or platform updates.
